What if I require a service that has not been described in the website?

Please call to discuss your requirements on 5996 0618, or Contact Us via our online form.

What suburbs / locations do you service?
We are based in Cranbourne (South-East Melbourne) and service clients within half an hour travel time from Cranbourne.

However, it is possible for us to travel further for private, TAC and Worksafe clients (approval required).

I received a letter from VicRoads stating my license will be suspended within 8 weeks, what do I do?
Once you have booked your assessment, an extension of the time period will be requested by All Ages Occupational Therapy.

Please advise us at time of booking if an extension is required.

Do I need to have a referral from my Doctor to see an Occupational Therapist?
No, medical referrals are not necessary to use our services unless you are going to claim through DVA.
Do you accept NDIS clients?

Yes, we can see NDIS participants. Please refer to our Services Provided page for details on what services we offer.

Are you registered with NDIS and can accept Agency Managed clients?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider, so can see Agency Managed clients as well as Self Managed and Plan Managed Clients.
