Home Safety Assessments

We complete home safety assessments for our clients including falls risks and safe home access. A report is provided with recommendations and funding requests are completed as required.
Recommendations may include assistive technology, home modifications, personal alarms and safety equipment.

Functional Independence Assessments

We can assess a client’s current functional abilities and independence within their home and provide recommendations for required services or assistive technology / modifications which would increase their level of independence.
